The extensive report they provided will serve as a guide to prioritize repairs and upgrades. Highly recommended and we will definitely use them again. This is the second time I've used AHI. I find the team to be extremely thorough and detailed in their inspection. Since I'm older, hopefully I won't move again, but if I do, I'll ask my realtor to engage AHI.

Stuart gave an in-person walkthrough detailing all the points he discovered and provided a detail report within 24hrs, he is super meticulous.
